These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Kurarw platform ("Platform"), accessible at kurarw.com. By accessing the Platform or creating an account, you accept these Terms without reservation.

2. Service description

Kurarw is an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform calibrated to culturally distinct and high-growth markets. The Platform enables users to:

  • · Submit a brief describing their business
  • · Receive a structured marketing strategy in 6 modules
  • · Export this strategy in PDF format
  • · Export HTML animations in MP4 video format (secondary feature)

3. Account access

Access to certain features requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account.

Kurarw reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, abusive use, or fraudulent behavior.

4. Credits and payments

Certain Platform features require credits. Credits are purchased via Mobile Money operators available across 15+ African countries. Credits:

  • · Are non-refundable except in the event of a proven technical malfunction
  • · Have no expiry date while the account is active
  • · Are non-transferable between accounts

A free credit quota is granted to each new account to enable Platform discovery. Kurarw reserves the right to modify this quota at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The Platform's components (design, texts, brand, encoded methodology) are the exclusive property of Kurarw and are protected by applicable law.

The strategies generated are intended for your personal or professional use. You may share, use, and adapt them freely. Kurarw claims no rights over the content of your briefs or the use of the strategies produced.

6. Limitation of liability

The strategies produced by the Platform are generated by artificial intelligence based on the encoded methodology and the information provided in your brief. They constitute indicative recommendations and do not replace the professional judgment of a consultant or agency.

Kurarw does not guarantee specific commercial results from applying the strategies produced and cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of these recommendations.

7. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Modifications

Kurarw reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
