·Marketing budget, main challenge, known competitors

·Credit purchase amounts
·Credit consumption history
·No payment card data — Mobile Money only

Technical data

·IP address
·Browser type and device
·Pages visited and actions on the Platform (for service improvement purposes)

3. Purposes of processing

Service provision: Generating marketing analyses, managing accounts and credits.
Payment processing: Processing Mobile Money transactions to validate credit purchases.
Service improvement: Anonymized usage analysis to improve the Platform and the quality of analyses produced.
Communication: Sending account-related notifications (analysis complete, credit balance) via email. No marketing without explicit consent.

4. Data retention

·Account data: retained while your account is active, then 30 days after deletion.
·Analyses and briefs: retained in your personal space. Deletable on request.
·Transaction data: retained 5 years in accordance with legal accounting obligations.

Data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed. Communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. No payment data (card numbers, Mobile Money PINs) is stored by Kurarw.

Kurarw uses session cookies necessary for authentication. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
